Day 1: Arusha → Tarangire National Park

Depart Arusha in the morning for Tarangire National Park, approximately a 2-hour drive. The park is renowned for:

• Large herds of elephants

• Iconic baobab trees

• Healthy lion populations

• Wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, and baboons

Enjoy a full-day game drive through seasonal swamps, open savannahs, and riverine woodlands. Stop for a picnic lunch in a scenic spot inside the park. In the late afternoon, transfer to your lodge in Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater → Return to Arusha

Begin your day early with a scenic drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most spectacular natural wonders, for a full-day game drive.

• Lions, elephants, buffaloes, and hippos

• Rare sightings of black rhinos

• Hyenas, zebras, and wildebeests

• Stunning crater landscapes surrounded by cloud forests

Enjoy a packed breakfast and lunch during your crater tour. In the late afternoon, ascend from the crater and return to Arusha, marking the end of your safari.
