Day 1: Fly from Zanzibar → Tarangire National Park

Take an early morning flight from Zanzibar to Arusha, where you’ll be met and transferred to Tarangire National Park. Famous for its majestic baobab trees and enormous elephant herds, Tarangire offers a spectacular introduction to Tanzania’s wildlife.

Enjoy a game drive through the park’s savannahs, riverine forests, and seasonal swamps.

Wildlife sightings may include:

• Elephants in large herds

• Lions, leopards, cheetahs

• Zebras, giraffes, wildebeests

• Buffaloes, baboons, ostriches

• Over 500 species of birds

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive → Return to Zanzibar

After an early breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most famous wildlife destinations in Africa. Descend approximately 600 meters into the crater for a half-day game drive, witnessing incredible concentrations of wildlife in a breathtaking setting.

Expect to see:

• Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, leopard)

• Hippos, hyenas, zebras, warthogs

• Flamingos and diverse birdlife

• Stunning crater landscapes

Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater before ascending back to the rim. From there, transfer to Arusha for your return flight to Zanzibar, concluding your luxurious and time-efficient safari.
