Day 1: Arrival & Airport Transfer

Upon arrival, you’ll be picked up from the airport and transferred to Karibu Heritage House. If time permits, enjoy an Arusha city tour visiting the local art gallery, Cultural Heritage Centre, Maasai Market, and local market.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, drive ~2 hours 20 minutes to Tarangire. Famous for its giant elephant herds and baobab trees, the park is a wildlife paradise. Enjoy a picnic lunch with stunning views, followed by an afternoon game drive before camping overnight in the park.

Day 3: Tarangire to Lake Manyara

Begin with an early sunrise game drive in Tarangire. Then drive to Lake Manyara, a park renowned for its lush landscapes, tree-climbing lions, and diverse wildlife. Overnight at a lodge just outside the park.

Day 4: Lake Manyara to Lake Eyasi (Hadzabe & Datoga Visit)

Drive to Lake Eyasi for an authentic cultural encounter. Meet the Datoga, known for their craftsmanship, and the Hadzabe, Tanzania’s last hunter-gatherers. Experience their hunting methods, learn their click language, and immerse yourself in their traditional lifestyle before camping nearby.

Day 5: Lake Eyasi to Serengeti National Park

Travel to Serengeti via the Ngorongoro highlands (~5–6 hours), with a stop at the Ngorongoro Viewpoint (weather permitting). Enjoy a picnic lunch en route and an afternoon game drive before camping in the Serengeti.

Day 6: Full Day Serengeti Game Drive

Spend a full day exploring the Serengeti’s vast plains in search of the Big Five. Also enjoy birdwatching—home to over 500 species including ostriches, secretary birds, and eagles. Return to camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Serengeti to Ngorongoro (Simba Campsite)

Early morning game drive in Serengeti with packed breakfast. Continue the drive to Ngorongoro, stopping for lunch and enjoying the scenic crater rim. Dinner and overnight at Simba Campsite.

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater & Return to Arusha

Descend into Ngorongoro Crater at sunrise for a game drive in one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations. Spot species including the elusive black rhino. After a crater-side lunch, drive back to Arusha, arriving around 5–6 pm to conclude your safari adventure.
